How To Be A Hotshot In Business

Are you steaming with creative potential?

The truth is... you don't need to be the first.

Just the best.

In business, and specifically marketing, the thing that mainly leads people astray, is trying to take on too much. Too many ideas. And, too many going completely unexecuted.

What you need to understand, is that to be a 'hotshot' you simply have to do 3 things.

Observe, copy and adapt.

Do those, and you're there. So exactly how, do you do it?

How To Be A Hotshot

Are You Ready To Be A Hotshot, Sherlock?

Think of yourself as a marketing detective. Just minus the hat.

What's your mission? To keep an eagle eye on what's happening in your market.

Who are your competitors and what are they doing, today?

What's hitting the bullseye and what's missing the mark.

It's like putting together pieces of a puzzle.

You have to work out, what is working. Gather all that info and start brainstorming, and then begin to stargetize how you will make it your own.

How can you outshine them...?

Borrow & Brainstorm

Snatching up ideas that have worked for others? Totally cool. Seriously, how do you think any busines gets built?

But, and it's a big but, you need to jazz it up with your personal flair.

You can't do what someone else is doing, if you try to do it 'their' way.

  1. You don't know how to...

  2. They are already known for it.

And, if they're not, then it's not what you should be copying.

Grab an idea, then twist it, turn it, and make it unmistakably yours.

Copying someone's idea, and it's not stable enough, will only lead to a bigger crash.

  1. Find someone's ideas.

  2. Learn how they're doing it.

  3. Spot the weak spots.

  4. Improve them.

  5. And then...

Be the Best

Armed with everything, your creativity, your tactic, and your proven concept: go forth, and conquer.

Now is your moment to outshine everyone.

Don't just blend in with the crowd.

You're not here to be average; you're here to be the name on everybody's lips.

Blend everything you've learned and borrowed, give it your personal touch, and voilà!

You're not just another brand; you're the brand.

So what do I do?

Now, this takes time, it takes effort, and it takes lots of variations and adaptations along the way.

But...as long as you, build your product around the market, not the market around the product, you will be ok.

You must make sure to observe your competition and pick up on what they haven't, and then, and only then you will win.

Keep it moving.

Keep it growing.

Keep on going.
