I had the pleasure of being able to ask some questions to David, to dive a little deeper and learn a bit more about him.

What techniques have you developed for running business over the years?

"Over the years, I have learned to make sure that my company is a values-based company. I have four core values that guide me through my life, and these are also what I try to instill within the company - Gratitude, Empathy, Accountability, and Effective Communication."

Gratitude gives us perspective in life, empathy allows for forgiveness and makes us at ease and peace, accountability has 3 stages - attraction, participation, and perception - and helps you take control of your atmosphere, and effective communication allows you to resonate with and be an inspiration to others.

Beyond these four core values, I also have five daily practices that help me with the decisions I have to make everyday:

What: Understanding your values and what you value personally, experientially, and in giving and receiving.

Who: Who can help you go to where you think you want to go and who can you help on your way there?

How: Understanding the lenses of productivity by being a student of your calendar.

Now: Learning how to prioritize your daily activities in life with your values.

Why: Applying your values in real life by identifying your fears and the needs of your ego so that you can stop, drop, and roll in the trajectory that you want.

Building systems in business is crucial for any organization or individual that wants to operate efficiently and effectively.

Implementing systems helps to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and improve overall productivity. And also, in the mad world of business. Keep you sane.

Why transition to speaking, why did that motivate you more than what you we’re originally doing?

"Transitioning to speaking allowed me to share my experiences and knowledge with a wider audience. It gave me the opportunity to inspire and empower others to achieve their goals and dreams.

I realized that my purpose was not just to make money or run a successful business, but also to have a lot of fun and help others succeed and make a positive impact in the world along the way."

Money is often seen as a means to an end, rather than the end goal itself.

The ultimate goal of most people is to live a comfortable, fulfilling life, which may include having enough money to meet their basic needs and pursue their goals and interests.

In this sense, money is a product of achieving one's goals and aspirations.

What was the appeal to you, individually, and did there feel an extra purpose also?

"The appeal of speaking for me lies in the opportunity to connect with others and make a positive impact on their lives.

I believe that each of us has a unique story to tell, and by sharing my experiences, I hope to inspire others to overcome their challenges, cultivate a positive mindset, and pursue their goals.

I have always had a passion for teaching and helping others, and speaking gave me a platform to do just that. This sense of purpose and the ability to make a difference in people's lives is what drives me every day."

Public speaking is such a valuable skill that requires effective communication, the ability to engage and connect with the audience, and inspire them to take action.

A skilled public speaker can also influence others, lead with a clear vision, and stand out in their profession. Something so important in growth as it often means stepping out of your comfort zone.

Were you always a good speaker and someone confident in that aspect in life, or did you have to craft your abilities?

"I have always had a passion for speaking and sharing my experiences with others. However, like anything else, it takes practice to become an effective communicator.

Over the years, I have honed my speaking skills by attending speaking events, taking feedback from my audience, and constantly refining my approach to speaking. Through consistent effort and dedication, I have developed the skills and confidence necessary to engage and inspire my audience."

Were you always very business savvy, and did you always want to go into business?

"From a young age, I was always drawn to entrepreneurship and the idea of creating something from nothing. As I grew older, this passion for business only grew stronger, and I knew that it was something that I wanted to pursue.

Through my experiences as an entrepreneur and business owner, I have developed the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the business world while also helping others along the way."

What did you find were the best ways to market yourself?

"One of the most effective ways to market myself has been through networking and building relationships with others.

By attending events, connecting with people on social media, and building a community around my brand, I have been able to establish myself as a resource to others. By being a resource to others, and by connecting with others in a genuine way, I have been able to build my reputation and my brand."

What's your current best success?

"My family and the impact that my work has on others. When I receive messages from people telling me that I have inspired or helped them in some way, it reminds me of why I do what I do, and motivates me to continue to make a positive impact."

I loved this from David.

Essentially the love he feels back from the people that perceive him as valuable, is what encourages his self-beliefs, and drives him forward.

What's your plans for 2023 and the years ahead?

"My plans for 2023 and the years ahead are to continue to grow and expand my business, while also continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of others. My mission to make a lot of money, help a lot of people, and have a lot of fun never stops."

Solid, here from David. There is always more to do and more to experience.

What advice would you give to your younger self, or anyone going into a similar path in business?

"The advice I would give to my younger self, or anyone going into a similar path in business, would be to focus on providing value to others. By focusing on providing value, you will build trust and credibility, and success will naturally follow.

Make sure to understand the four core values and apply the five daily practices towards the consistent and persistent pursuit of your potential."
